Management Systems Manual - Foqus, Inc.

The goal of our manual is to provide a policy framework for Foqus, Inc. employees. We do not have separate manuals for quality, EMS, etc.... We are in the process of revising our system to comply with management system standards. As we complete each stage we will update our website. Our plan is to include every process within our management system from advertizing to delivery.

The table below demonstrates our preliminary plan for organizing our management system manual. The basis for the overall management system manual is ISO 9001: 2000, as that is the basis for many other management system standards as well. The lower level sample documents included do not represent our actual documentation but are examples. We will continue to add sections of the Management Systems Manual as we implement this process.
