CONTRACT REVIEW

3.1 General

Foqus, Inc. has established and implemented the procedures and work instructions for the contract review process. The overall process and responsibilities are defined in Departmental Procedures as indicated in Document Matrix (QF-001).

3.2 Review

Each contract/account/order is reviewed prior to acceptance of the contract to ensure that:

a)	the requirements are adequately defined and documented; where no written statement of requirement is available for a contract received by verbal means, the contract terms are documented and verified to ensure that the contract requirements are agreed upon before their acceptance;
b)	any differences between the contract requirements are resolved and documented;
c)	Foqus, Inc. has the capability to meet the contract requirements.

3.3 Amendment to Contract

The Departmental Procedures describe how an amendment to a contract is made and correctly transferred to the functions concerned within Foqus, Inc. organization.

3.4 Records

The appropriate records of contract review are maintained as listed in QP-016.
