Inspection and Testing

10.1 General

Foqus, Inc. does not perform any testing due to the nature of the product-service. Procedure for performing inspections QP-010 has been established and is maintained to verify that the specified requirements have been met.

10.2 Receiving Inspection

Procedure QP-010 ensures that all incoming materials are not used until they have been verified against the specified requirements. The amount and nature of receiving inspection will depend on the amount of control exercised at the subcontractor’s premises. No incoming product can be released without inspection.

10.3 In-Process and Final Inspection

QP-010 ensures that the all inspections are carried out as required by the quality plan and the documented procedures. No product is released until all inspections have been carried out and results meet the specified requirements.

10.4 Inspection Records

Records of inspection’s results are maintained to provide evidence that the product-service has been inspected, indicate weather it passed or failed, and indicate the authority responsible for release (see QP-016). In case product-service fails inspection the procedure for nonconforming shall apply (see section 13 of QM-001).
