Process Control
2.0 General

Foqus, Inc. performs all processes that impact the quality of product-services, in a planned manner and under controlled conditions. The controlled conditions include the following:

a) documented procedures defining the manner of production, installation, and servicing as applicable
.
b) use of suitable production, installation and servicing equipment;
c) compliance with reference standards/codes;
d) monitoring and control of suitable process parameters and product characteristics;
e) the approval of processes and equipment, as appropriate;
f) defined criteria of workmanship
g) suitable maintenance of equipment

No special processes are performed at Foqus, Inc. Records for qualified processes and personnel are retained as specified in QP-016

The related procedures are listed in the Document Matrix (QF-001). A procedure for controlling and applicable Standards and Codes is described in QP-005.
