Procedure QP-018 has been established to define the process for maintaining training and qualifications of all employees at Foqus, Inc. An annual assessment of individual training needs is performed during the review process. Job descriptions are defined for all the employees identifying the level of education, training and/or experience, as required. An annual training/resource assessment is performed during management review (See QP-001). All employees are required to complete QMS Training.
