The company was established in 1990 to provide training, consulting, and auditing of ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems. In the past sixteen years we've developed a systematic approach for assisting our customers with improvement of their management systems, which led to registration to ISO Standards. Registration of the management system may have been the ultimate goal of our customers. Some customers however, chose to implement incremental improvements in their management system. Our dedicated consultant can assist with your immediate needs wether you chose to select a process and improve that process, or are interested in complete overhaul of your management system.
Our training staff have developed many training courses that we can use to train employees within an organization or we can develop a customized training program that is unique to your training needs. Training is integral part of the consultancy we provide and can be done in formal or casual settings. We have developed training modules that are presented at different stages of implementation of ISO management system process. Our trainers can present these modules or can train your staff to present it to your employees.
Auditing services are available through our staff. Our experienced auditors can perform an internal audit of your system and provide a report that can be used to improve your process. A full gap analysis of your management system to the international standard can give you a better understanding of how your system measures against the standard. Our gap analysis includes a recommended action plan and strategy for implementing improvements to your companies management system.

The president of Foqus, Inc., Danuta Highet has over 35 years of experience working with management systems. She holds a degree in BE in Mechanical Engineering and Masters in Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. She is the founder of Foqus Inc.
