2-1-0 FOQUS APPROACH TO PROCESS MANAGEMENT
At Foqus, Inc. process approach is used to develop, implement and improve the effectiveness of our Management System. We continually work to enhance our customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements, and striving to understand and address their current and future needs.

Our Management System is defined and all activities within have been identified. All these activities have been linked within a Foqus Process. The interaction and of these activities, within and between the processes of our Management System has been defined. All Foqus Processes have been developped and are controlled and continually reviewed to improve effectiveness.

Through the application of the process approach at Foqus, Inc. we stress the importance of:


a) Understanding and meeting requirements, and striving to exceed them at all times

b) The need to consider processes in terms of added value,

c) Obtaining results of process performance and effectiveness, and

d) Continual improvement of processes based on objective measurement.
