5-1-0 MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY - MANAGEMENT COMMITTMENT

The management team of Foqus, Inc. is commited to the development, implementation and continual improvement of the effectiveness of the MSM. The following are some of the ways this level of commitment is affirmed:

a)

Our commitment to meeting customer needs and statutory and regulatory requirements is in our mission statement and company objectives. The MSM is a top level document and drives these policies throughout our management system.
b)

Quality Policy has been established and communicated to all employees. Quality Policy is supported by the actions of mangement team.
c) Quality Objectives are defined and communicated to all employees. Quality Objectives are part of Corporate Objectives and are updated at least on an annual basis to ensure that they are driving continual improvement efforts throughout our organization.
d) Management Reviews are periodically carried out to ensure that the system effectiveness is continually improving. At least Quarterly a mangement review is carried out to ensure that progress is being made on our goals and objectives. At least anually a full mangement review of the Management System is held to ensure that the management system is effective and continually improving it's effectiveness.
e) Management Reviews is used as a tool to ensure that adequate resources are available.
The mission statement, vision statement, quality policy, and objectives for quality are driving all our efforts at Foqus, Inc.. Procedure MSP 5-6-1 Management Review defines the process to ensure, that management continually reinforces commitment to MSM.
