Management Representative summerizes the results of the Management Review in Final Report. S/he documents the minutes of the meeting in the Final Report, which include any decisions and actions related to:


a)
improvement of the effectiveness of the MS and it's processes
b)
improvement of product related to customer requirements
c)
any resource needs or changes needed
d)
Company Policy , including Quality Policy
d)
Company Objectives, including Quality Objectives
d)
All actions are captured as Corrective, Preventive, or Continual Improvement Actions

The Final Report is the record of Management Review and is maintained per MSP 4-2-4.1 Control of Data and Records
Controlled Document. Refer to electronic copy. Printed copy is valid 12/5/10 unless revision verified by user.
