6-2-2 COMPETENCE, AWARENESS AND TRAINING

Procedure MSP 6-1-1 Management of Resources and Communications defines the process used to:
a)
determine the necessary competence for personnel performing work affecting product quality;
b)
provide training or take other actions to satisfy these needs,
c)
evaluate the effectiveness of the actions taken,
d)
ensure that its personnel are aware of the relevance and importance of their activities and how they contribute to the achievement of the quality objectives, and
e)
maintain records of education, training, skills and experience

The purpose of ths procedure is to ensure that all employees are aware of the important contributions they make to our ongoing success and the success of all our customers.
