7-2-0 CUSTOMER-RELATED PROCESSES
7-2-1 DETERMINATION OF REQUIREMENTS RELATED TO THE PRODUCT

Procedure MSP 7-2-1 Customer Requirements defines how Foqus, Inc. identifies the requirements for each product and service for each customer as follows:
a)
requirements specified by the customer, including the requirements, for delivery and post-delivery activities,
b)
requirements not stated by the customer but necessary for specified or intended use, where known,
c)
statutory and regulatory requirements related to the product, and
d)
any additional requirements determined by Foqus, Inc.

These requirements are defined in Product and Service Specifications, and Technical Data Sheets, and Customer Specifications.
