7-3-1 DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT PLANNING

Procedure MSP 7-3-1 Research, Design and Development (RDD) Control defines how Foqus, Inc. plans and controls the research, design and development of products and services. During the Planning Phase the following are determined:
a)
the research, design and development (RDD) stages,
b)
the review, verification and validation that are appropriate to each RDD stage, and
c)
the responsibilities and authorities for RDD.

Foqus, Inc. manages the interfaces between different groups involved in RDD to ensure effective communication and clear assignment of responsibility. The RDD Plan is updated, as RDD progresses.
