7-4-0 PURCHASING
7-4-1 PURCHASING PROCESS

Procedure MSP 7-4-1 Purchasing Process ensures that purchased product conforms to specified purchase requirements as defined in Raw Material Specifications and Services and Supplies Specifications. The type and extent of control applied to the supplier and the purchased product is dependent upon the effect of the purchased product on subsequent product realization or the final product.

 Foqus, Inc. evaluates and selects suppliers based on their ability to supply product in accordance with MSP 7-4-1 Purchasing Process. Each supplier is approved based on defined criteria for selection, evaluation and re-evaluation. Records of the results of evaluations and any necessary actions arising from the evaluation are maintained.
